just one question what does make this photo look the objects in it too small i can get it i watched few videos whit the same type of objects moving it is like you are so so huge person looking at them .
foe me it seems that's all to do with the lens i guess it must be big one is not it ?!

wel first of all, yes it is tilt shift technique. and for the thing with hand is this: Picture was shot from 9th flor and thats why people and objects are small, my hand is big because is too close to the lens, witch means that I did not need tilt shift technique for miniature effect it`s there because macro effect.
